Our Locations
We provide face-to-face training in the west Toronto area, and the
surrounding communities (Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington,
Hamilton). Through our professional training partners, we offer
training in other Canadian cities.
Our online training is available to learners globally through the
internet and our dedicated servers.
Our Company Principals
Glen Ford
Glen Ford is a senior partner with TrainingNOW. He has been principal of his own
project management consultancy for the past 11 years. During that time he has
alternated his clients between government, the big banks and small to medium
companies. Prior to that he spent 10 years working for the Canadian Standards
Association and 10 years alternating between large distribution and manufacturing
companies. Prior to that he worked for a very successful HVAC firm. He has a BSc from
McMaster University in Hamilton, an MCPM from York University (Schulich), and a PMP
designation.
Paul Benson
Paul Benson is a senior partner with TrainingNOW and specializes in training development
for both face-to-face (F2F) and electronic delivery (eLearning). He has been an independent
IT consultant and trainer for over 20 years in Canada. His clients include major banks,
insurance companies, and other financial and consulting organizations. In addition to
his financial and insurance designations (C. Dip. A. F., and FLMI/M), he has a
certificate in Adult Education from Brock University and is currently working on a
Masters in Distance Education from Athabasca University.
